Q. How do I place an order on the Naturals website?

Follow six simple steps to place your order:

  • Browse through the categories of items on the website or use the ‘Search’ bar at the top of the page to search for specific items.
  • Add your desired items to the cart by selecting quantity & clicking ‘Add to Cart’.
  • Click on your cart to review it and select a day and time for delivery.
  • Proceed to Checkout.
  • Confirm your location and select your preferred payment / delivery methods.
  • Place your order!

And you’re done! Your order will be delivered according to the day and time you selected.

Q. What are the timings of the store?

You can place your orders 24/7 on the Naturals website, however deliveries are conducted between 9am to 10pm.

Q. Will I be able to track my order?

You can track your order by logging into your account and viewing what stage you order is currently at. You will also receive real-time updates via email and SMS.

Q. There are items in my cart, how do I check out?

Navigate to your cart and click ‘Proceed to Checkout’. To complete checkout, add your address and location details, then click ‘Place your order’ to confirm.

Q. Can I place two orders from the same account in one day?

Yes you can!

Q. I did not receive my order as intended, how can I make a complaint?

You can file complaints regarding products or services using our complaint form at https://naturals.pk/pages/complaint-form

Q. Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can as long as it is before your order has been fulfilled and is in the process of being delivered. You can stay up to date with your product's fulfilment status through email or SMS.
